Organization and Versatilithy

Peebles Dist. VFC has taken on the task of reorganizing 188 Rescue, making it more efficient. At the heart of this project is battery powered rescue tools. All this is possible through grants and working with the Town Council.

1,301 calls for 2023 and this is how we managed to provide the best service.

Peebles Dist. VFC responded to 26 working fires out of the 810 dispatched fire incidents with 5 of those being brush fires. The remaining 491 calls were covered by our QRS members, click here to learn more about our QRS program. The amount of structure fires we responded to in 2023, although impressive, is toppled by the accomplishments our members and the department, as a whole, made.
